Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, book a shipment or contact our support team, along with limited technical information about how you use the site.

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, date of birth and delivery addresses in Eleuthera.
  • Shipment details: package descriptions, weights, declared values and tracking history.
  • Payment details: processed by our payment provider. We store only the card brand and last four digits.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the shipping service you have asked us to provide, and to meet our legal obligations as a freight forwarder.

  • Receiving, consolidating and shipping your packages to Eleuthera.
  • Preparing customs documentation required by Bahamian authorities.
  • Sending shipment notifications, receipts and service updates.
  • Preventing fraud and protecting your account.
  • Sending marketing emails, only where you have opted in. You can withdraw at any time.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver your packages, and only to the extent required.

That includes our U.S. warehouse partners, carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS, Bahamian customs authorities, and our payment processor. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

How long we keep it

Shipment and customs records are kept for seven years, as required by Bahamian customs and tax law. Account information is kept for as long as your account is open, then for a further two years in case of a dispute.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time from Profile Settings, subject to the record-keeping periods above.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act of The Bahamas you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
